Overview
ThirdDimension.pk is a Shopify store offering both custom 3D design services and finished 3D printed products. Customers can order ready-made prints or submit custom design briefs that go through a full production pipeline — design, print, quality check, dispatch. Every part of that pipeline is managed by software built entirely in-house. This is the project where all the custom tools were born and battle-tested.
The Challenge
Running a store that sells both products and a bespoke service creates complexity that off-the-shelf tools cannot handle. Each custom order has a unique design brief, print time, material cost and delivery window. Managing this manually across WhatsApp, spreadsheets and a Shopify dashboard was breaking down as order volume grew. Every stage — from quote to dispatch — needed to be tracked, automated and visible to the team at all times.
Our Approach
- Built the Shopify store on a custom theme — separate sections for ready-made products and the custom 3D design service with a quote request flow
- Built the Queue Management System to handle both product orders and custom design jobs — each job is assigned to the correct production stage, tracked from design brief through printing to dispatch, and the team is notified at each handoff automatically
- Built TDPK Manager — internal project and client management tool used to track all store operations, revisions and team tasks in one place
- Built custom Accounting Software to handle order revenue, expenses, and per-product profitability without relying on spreadsheets
- Built an SEO bot that audits the store automatically, checks for missing alt tags, broken links, meta issues and thin content — runs on schedule
- Built a data scraping bot to pull product data, competitor pricing, and market intelligence automatically
- Built an Auto Upload Bot: watches a local folder on the computer, detects new product images and data files, and automatically uploads them to Shopify with correct titles, tags, descriptions and pricing — saves hours of manual work per product batch
- Managed SEO strategy — local and e-commerce keyword targeting, on-page optimisation, technical SEO
- Manages social media content and paid campaigns to drive traffic to the store

The Outcome
The store runs with minimal manual intervention thanks to the automation stack. New products can be uploaded in bulk automatically, orders are tracked through production without spreadsheets, SEO is monitored continuously without manual audits, and the finances are always up to date. It is the most operationally efficient store in the portfolio.
