Overview

A custom-built internal SaaS tool for managing multiple Shopify stores from a single dashboard. Built to solve the problem of switching between store admin panels and losing context when managing 10+ Shopify clients simultaneously.

The Challenge

Managing 10+ Shopify stores means logging in and out of different admin panels constantly, losing track of what needs updating and when. Needed a unified view.

Our Approach

• Built a multi-store dashboard that connects to each Shopify store via the API
• Centralised product management — view, edit and update products across stores from one place
• Built order tracking and fulfilment status views across all stores
• Integrated AI to generate product descriptions, suggest tags, and flag incomplete listings
• Deployed on Railway for always-on access by the team

The Outcome

Live and in daily use. Cut the time spent on routine Shopify management tasks significantly. The AI product description generation alone saves hours per product upload batch.
