Launchpad is a ThirdDimension product that lets anyone start a product business with zero upfront cost — sellers list products under their own brand, and Launchpad manufactures and ships every order white-label, invisible to the customer.
The Challenge
Aspiring entrepreneurs with an audience but no capital or inventory needed a way to sell physical products without taking on manufacturing risk or upfront cost.
Our Approach
- Built a white-label, made-to-order fulfillment platform — products ship in the seller's own branding
- Made the core service free to join, with no minimums and no monthly cost — sellers pay only per completed order
- Built out a catalog spanning 15+ product categories, from home decor to Islamic decor to custom designs
- Built both direct-to-customer and ship-to-seller-first fulfillment options
- Layered optional paid add-ons on top — store building, paid ads management and full account management for sellers who want more done for them
The Outcome
Over 1,000 orders shipped through the platform, giving entrepreneurs with zero inventory and zero starting capital a real way to launch and sell a product line.
